Everything is on one level, making it easy to get around and ensuring a particularly relaxing stay. The spacious garden offers plenty of room to play, relax and unwind. All windows are fitted with insect screens, so you can let in the fresh air even on warm summer days without any unwanted visitors. Koje47 is also modern and sustainable when it comes to technology: a photovoltaic system and heat pump ensure energy-efficient operation. Guests with electric cars can also use the private EV charging point. Its quiet location, spacious garden and modern amenities make Koje47 the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.

Your living room

The cosy living room at Koje47 is the perfect place to relax and spend time together. Make yourself at home on the comfortable sofa after a day at the beach, while the spacious dining table offers plenty of room for meals, games or a cosy evening in. Underfloor heating and air conditioning keep things comfortable all year round. The living room stays pleasantly warm in winter and nice and cool in summer. A place to settle in, feel at home and enjoy time together.

Schlummerkoje

The Schlummerkoje has two cosy 90 cm-wide single beds – ideal for children, friends or guests who prefer separate beds. There’s plenty of storage for clothes and personal belongings.

Here too, the combination of air conditioning and underfloor heating ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

Kuschelkoje

The cosy Kuschelkoje invites you to enjoy a restful night in its comfortable 160 cm-wide box-spring bed. There’s plenty of storage for clothes and personal belongings, so you’ll feel at home in no time, even on a longer stay. A charming porthole window is a special feature, giving the bedroom its own maritime character and making it the perfect fit for a Baltic Sea holiday.

Air conditioning and underfloor heating keep things comfortable in every season, ensuring a restful night’s sleep whatever the weather.

Your bathroom

The modern bathroom at Koje47 has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The spacious rain shower is perfect for a refreshing start to the morning or a relaxing treat after a long day at the beach.

There’s also a washing machine by the washbasin – especially handy for longer stays or family holidays. For extra comfort, cosy towels will be waiting for you on arrival. Your kitchen

The Koje47 kitchen is compact, modern and fully equipped – perfect for a relaxed breakfast, a quick snack or dinner together.

The fridge with freezer compartment has plenty of room for your groceries, while the dishwasher makes tidying up after meals easy. The induction hob makes cooking quick and simple. There’s also an air fryer for crispy snacks and small dishes. A Nespresso machine is a must for the perfect start to your holiday. Enjoy your coffee at your leisure – whether in the morning on your way to the beach or over a leisurely breakfast at Koje47.

Your garden & terrace

The spacious 600 m² garden is a real highlight of Koje47 and invites you to spend relaxing time outdoors. On the partly covered sun terrace, you can sit back, enjoy a meal and make the most of the day whatever the weather. There’s plenty of room for family meals around the large dining table. A Weber gas barbecue is ready for cosy evenings outdoors. Or simply soak up the sun on the loungers or unwind in the hanging chair. The fruit trees in the garden are a special highlight, adding their own natural charm to the outdoor space.

Your dog is welcome

 Dogs are part of the family here and are warmly welcome at Koje47. On arrival, we’ll have a dog bed, cosy blankets and bowls ready for our four-legged guests – so your dog feels at home from the very start.  The spacious garden and proximity to the Baltic Sea offer plenty of space for walks, exercise and adventures together. That way, two- and four-legged guests can enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea together.
